Dudley Lynch

After a highly successful career as an internationally published journalist, Mr. Lynch turned to explorations into human thinking and technologies, particularly in ways related to the business enterprise.

He is president of Brain Technologies Corporation (BTC) of Plano, Texas. BTC (see web site at www.braintechnologies.com) creates and markets state-of-the-art organizational and personal development tools. The company has trained more than one thousand “associates” from 21 countries in the use of its assessment and other thinking skills tools. Its BrainMap® assessment tool is widely used worldwide.

Mr. Lynch’s first book along these lines, Your High-Performance Business Brain—An Operator’s Manual (Prentice-Hall), was a Macmillan Executive Book Club alternate selection.

His second work (with Dr. Paul Kordis), Strategy of the Dolphin: Scoring a Win in a Chaotic World (Morrow, hardcover; Fawcett Columbine, paper), was a Literary Guild alternate selection, has been published in three German and two United Kingdom editions, and in French, Portuguese, Spanish, Greek and Hungarian and is about to be issued in Turkish.

The German edition of Strategy of the Dolphin (Paidia Verlag) ranked No. 5 on the German business book bestseller list and No. 1 on the self-growth book bestseller list and has just been issued in its third printing. In France, Strategy rose to No. 3 on business-book bestseller lists and recently had its second printing.

Another of his works, Code of the Monarch: A Guide to the Real Global Business Revolution, also written with Dr. Kordis, was released in 1990 in English and was published German in 1996 by Junfermann Verlag under the title of Der Schlüssel zur Globalierung. Handbuch für den Wandel (The Key to Globalization: A Handbook for Change). The work joined Marshall McLuhan’s The Global Village as the initial works published in Junfermann’s Medienanthropologie series.

Mr. Lynch has revised both the content and title of his first book; Your Dolphin High-Performance Business Brain was released in English in 1993 by BTC. In 1996, it was published in German as DelphinDenkin (DolphinThink) by Rudolf Haufe Verlag.
In 1995, New Echelon Press published Evergreen: Playing a Continuous Comeback Business Game by Mr. Lynch and co-author David Neenan, which has also been published in Polish by METAmorfaza using the same title. In 2003, Brain Technologies Press published Mr. Lynch’s work, The Mother of All Minds: Leaping Free of An Outdated Human Nature.

He is a graduate (cum laude) in mass communications and religion of Eastern New Mexico University, which has honored him as an outstanding alumnus. Also, he holds a master of arts degree in mass communication and history from the University of Texas at Austin (where he was named to several honors societies). Newport University of Newport Beach, Calif., awarded Mr. Lynch the title of Doctor Honoris Causa (Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters) for his contributions to understanding personal and group change processes.
